Adding Users

Follow the steps below to add new Users to your Kounta

1.  Login to Kounta.
   
   
2.  Press Menu.
   
   
3. Press People
   
   
   
   
4. Tap Invite User

• The new user will need to accept the invite before you can manage their permissions.
  
  
•  Once they have accepted they will show in your Users list below.
  
  
• Tap edit to manage their profile and permissions.

Permissions

The Admin checkbox gives this user full access for the specific sites that you add them to.

 

Any user with an email address and a password can go login to the Kounta Back Office and access the relevant areas you have granted them access to.
