Merging Orders

This is a simple process used to combine two open orders into one, follow the steps and watch the video below

- Go to the POS

- Click your User

- Click Orders

- Click Open Orders

- Click Merge Orders

- Simply drag the order one order on to another to merge them

- The order that you drag and drop will merge into the order you drop it on to. That means the new 'merged' order will retain the notes and linked customer of the order you DROPPED on to
